You Want To Tone Ur Sexy Legs & Butt?

Salam peeps!!

Entri kali ni nak share a bit mengenai exercise yang saya sering lakukan and hope it will work for me soon. Squat exercise memang selalu digunakan untuk mereka-mereka yang gilakan body building tapi diorang buat yang tahap pro and advance. Kalau kalian perasan, bont** abang-abang body builder semuanya lentik-lentik kalah butt perempan kan? So, nowadays people realize yang squat is queen of all exercises and kita-kita yang tak buat body building pun still can use the method tapi dengan cara yang betul.

Squats are the best exercises you can do for your hips, butt and paha. They're also a functional exercise, helping us build strength for a variety of daily activities. How to do it? Meh tengok youtube nih dah pastikan posture anda betul dan berhati-hati semasa ber'exercise sebabnya kalau salah buat boleh kena muscle injuries like me. Saya tersalah buat gamaknya, sakit kaki for 3 days. Sakit tuh ok lagi, nak naik turun tangga very lah the sakit ya amat.




For beginner, sila ikut step touch & go nie. If dah selalu buat, try buat tanpa kerusi. Seriously, memang membantu to those yang lemah bahagian kaki dan lutut. And don't forget, ur butt akan firm okeyh!! I like it since my butt agak sekeping je dulu but now macam ada nampak kelainan dah sikit. Sikit lah baru, cannot lawan JLO lagi lah. LOL...

Btw, i'm not sharing dengan sesuka hati tapi ini adalah ilmu yang professional trainer turunkan pada saya. The most exercise i love ever is squat. It's hurt your knees but kelebihannya anda sendiri akan tahu nanti. Selamat mencuba!!

thanks..thanks sharing..tp kalo boleh cume nak firm tapi tak nak besar..tak suke..tak suke...biar maintain sekeping je bontot tp firm..bole ke cam tu?hehe
