Kickboxing Class To Lose Weight

Salam peeps!!

Entri kali ni saya nak share mengenai kelebihan kickboxing kepada kaum-kaum hawa. Since saya berlatih kickboxing every week, i've been through a few benefits. Hope boleh membantu to those yang nak lost weight. 

Apa itu kickboxing? Kickboxing ni sebenarnya originally a Thai martial art dan lebih dikenali sebagai Muay Thai. Ianya telah dipraktikkan di Thailand dari generasi ke generasi dan kelebihannya adalah sebagai seni mempertahankan diri.

Pandangan orang terhadap kickboxing ni adalah lebih kepada kaum lelaki. Sebenarnya tanggapan itu sangat-sangat lah tak boleh diterima. Kat dalam Malaysia ni sebenarnya dah ada pun fighter perempuan yang masuk bertanding di peringkat kebangsaan or even international. Btw, I dont mean to masuk bertanding ke apa but then again, nowadays women can do anything, right? 


The main benefits of kickboxing are : 
  - awesome fitness  
  - increased strength  
  - increased confidence through knowing self defense and working with people  
  - toned arms  
  - toned and firm legs  
  - toned and firm butt muscles  
  - faster weight loss  
  - explosive power  
  - better balance

    No doubt about it since i've been through this kickboxing class for two weeks. Even berat tak menurun secara mendadak lagi but then again, it's toned my arms and my fitness energy become better. And lagi satu perkara yang paling penting, hari-hari harus membuang air besar. Hahahaha.... No need to makan pil-pil for lost weight kan? 

    Where to find the cheapest kickboxing class in town? Yes, you can join me and we training in group for only RM50 per month. You can come every night at 8pm-10pm. Where the place?     Kakak kat atas ni memang dah berjaya lost weight. Dari berat lepas bersalin *tak ingat berapa kg*, now dia kurus sesangat dalam 38-39kg. Okeyh, sebab dia rasa seronok semua orang puji dia kurus, she prefer looks sooo skinny. Aishh, tak nak lah skinny sangat kan?



    p/s : my target is 40kg. now dalam 45-46kg. chaiyokkk!!!

    berat kita sama. tinggi pun sama. dan amy pun bbbbboooollllaaaatttt giler skang nie. padahal jaga makan dah, tapi makin naik. T______________________T

    kickboxing. sounds interesting. kalau rumah kat shah alam anytime je saya reg. boleh pergi training together. haha.
